  • I was awarded in the TOP 5 for "closed transactions" within the entire Association.
  • I have been sales manager/trainer for over 40 agents.
  • I have been awarded the highest awards every year with Re/Max and I was recently been inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame.
  • over 1100 career closed transaction sides. (The average agent has 45)
Education Over 1353 hours of specialized courses in Real Estate marketing, appraisals and related business fields, in addition to over 120 college level R.E. Salesman and R.E. Broker courses. I am continuously enrolled in Business, Marketing and Negotiating courses, while maintaining my cutting edge advantage.
Professional memberships I have been ELECTED BY MY PEERS to be on the governing body of our Realtor Association for over 5 years. I have served 4 years as Director and was elected President. I am past Director for the California Association of Realtors and have been Chairman of the Consumer Protection Committee, Grievance and Government Relations Committees. I have completed training to qualify as a State Arbitrator and I have sat on numerous other committees for the improvement of our profession.
